How does coaching work?

In your first coaching session – we will establish what your specific goals and outcomes that you would like to see. Then we will work together over the phone in most cases each week to find out what is stopping you now and making a plan to execute and achieve that those outcomes. Along the way we will be checking your status and discovering what are the mindsets or beliefs that need to change in order for you to take action.

How long is each session?

Coaching is generally 45 mins to 1 1/2 hours depending on your needs.

How often would I have coaching?

Coaching is generally every 1-2 weeks depending on your needs and scheduling.

Training is based on your goals and budget.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Email me with your good contact information so I can call you to set something up.

What is the cost?

Everything is Customized to meet your needs so the pricing varies greatly.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

If you are looking to grow yourself or your team to accomplish your goals and reach the hieghts of life that you are only dreaming of right now, then coaching and training is right for you.

How many sessions will I need?

Coaching requires a minimum of 6 – 12 months commitment to truly affect a measurable change.

Training is customized to your companies budget and needs.

Where is your office located?

I am located in San Antonio, Texas. I am able to travel as needed or provide services virtual live or pre recorded.

Is what we discuss in sessions confidential?

I have a great history of holding my clients information in confidentiality.
