My Journey
I grew up in a military family, which meant learning how to adapt to diverse cultures and environments from a young age. This unique upbringing taught me resilience, flexibility, and the value of connecting with people on a deep and meaningful level — skills that have been at the core of my professional life. These experiences ignited my passion for helping others navigate change, overcome obstacles, and thrive, no matter their circumstances.
After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, I embarked on a diverse career spanning industries like advertising, marketing, sales, finance, and entrepreneurship. From running my own marketing firm to leading teams in the finance world, I've gained a wealth of real-world experience that I bring into every coaching engagement.
With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, and team building, I've had the privilege of transforming the lives and careers of countless professionals and teams.
